I come from Chisholm, a small Iron Range town in Northern Minnesota that has a large Italian community -- I am one of them (the Italians).
I love to cook, travel, sing, and garden. In my new company, Solo by Bonicelli, I am working on recipe development, cooking and photography (with my partner, Mark LaFavor
) while creating a delightful consumer culinary experience.I have an extensive background in producing food photography and have studied cooking (although I am not a chef) and cooked for years in catering situations and for my family. I have also been fortunate in that I have family in Italy and that has inspired many trips and a lot of culinary exploration.
